Upon migrating old data to the new platform, the new system automatically notified everyone that their old order was either invoiced or ready to ship. Once we recognized the problem, we immediately stopped migration and have been working to resolve the issue. No new order were placed on your behalf, nor are these previous orders ready to be shipped.
So what exactly is being migrated you may ask? We are a PCI compliant company, which means that only non- sensitive information is kept and migrated. This will allow us to look back at your order history to better serve you in the future. Information such as invoices, billing addresses, shipping addresses, and email addresses are migrated. Any saved payment information will not be migrated over.
Please bear with us as we transition into the new platform. The current website will remain operational and the changes moving forward should be seamless for our customers.
